Privacy Policy for GoTown.net

In order to properly serve web site guests on the GoTown.net web site(s) and for the protection of our customers, GoTown.net collects certain pieces of information from those who visit our site.

What we obtain
GoTown.net collects information from web site visitors as they browse or order products and/or services. In part, the data is collected for processing of electronic commerce transactions, web site content creation and customized content delivery.  GoTown.net does not share credit or credit card information with other companies or third parties unless it is required in order to complete your transaction, or compelled by law or court order to do so.

What we do with the information we gather and track

The information gathered in forms which you complete may also use "cookies" which are sent to your web browser and store your purchase information on your computer as you shop. Cookies may also used to personalize content, banners and promotions, etc.

At no time do we attempt to read personal information from your computer system that is intrusive to your identity.

From time to time, GoTown.net may elect to provide information to you based upon your prior purchases or subjects which you may have expressed an interest. If you wish to not receive such information, simply email us at "privacy@gotown.net" and we'll not include you in any mailings. Although GoTown.net merchants and those that are linked into our web site are occasionally under review by us for proper web activity, we are not responsible for violations of our privacy policy practices from those listed on our web site.
